The Operator Sentiment Report (formerly Trend MetriXTM) is a quarterly study conducted amongst foodservice operators. Each quarter new topics are explored, with trending to the previous years study available.
Each study includes Product Evaluations’ Operator Sentiment Index. The Operator Sentiment Index provides a monthly snapshot of foodservice operator confidence relative to business conditions. The OSI score indicates current business conditions, while the Outlook measures expectations for business conditions 6 months and 24 months in the future.
