Market Analysis

Over the past four years, Tilbury has been working with several of the leading food manufacturers to help them better understand and plan their sales activities in the foodservice market. The result is a set of powerful tools that we have named TilMax.

The latest version of our software allows you to better understand your market landscape and help your sales force or brokers to better target high priority foodservice operators. Tilbury is now able to offer a scalable and cost-effective approach to planning tools that were previously reserved for very large manufacturers. We can now put in place, a limited-geography pilot project for you to test and understand all the possibilities available with TilMax without a very large investment.

Custom Trade Areas:

TilMax allow users to create custom trade areas in three, distinct ways:
1. Select from zip codes and criteria pertaining to Segments, Restaurant Sizes and Menu Types. tilmax_trade_area_creation.png

2. Upload their own pre-determined area information within an Excel or .CSV file.

3. Enter an address and selecting a radius.

Overview:

Once all data has been selected, the overview provides detailed charts of Menu Types, Market Segments and Restaurant Types; as well as a table containing segment information by Menu Type and Market Segment.  The user can drill into data to view individual restaurants meeting all chosen criteria.
