$0.00

Description

The New Product Standard Study, published in 2008, was created in conjunction with IFMA. The objective of the study is to provide foodservice manufacturers with an overview of the importance and development of new products across a diverse size range of food processing manufacturers.
Surveys were completed with top management from 24 food processing manufacturers across the United States, representing over 5.8 billion dollars in foodservice sales and over 600 new foodservice product launches in 2007.

Results are segmented by sales:
• Manufacturers with foodservice sales of less than $100 M
• Manufacturers with foodservice sales of $100 M or more

This study was previously conducted in 2000, and where applicable, comparisons are made to the prior results.
